Ok, I know very little about Twitter, but does this mean that you actually follow Jehuu Caulcrick?

Why on Earth would you do that?

No. Someone sent me a tweet telling me. So I checked it out and got on it.

But I am following him now just incase there's more news on it.

I cant say I am blown away by this pick, considering what I have seen of him in the NFL since Michigan State.

That makes a bit more sense. I guess someone must be following him, and then through different 'friend channels' it makes it's way to you.

Word.

That's pretty cool...good for him and he was a decent player at Michigan State and brings something that we don't have to the RB position...size.

Me, too. To replace Ferguson.

Unless I'm mistaken, he was on the 49ers PS, so the Bills have to add him the the active roster in order to sign him, unless he got released from the 49ers PS earlier..

I actually remember covering him in 2002 in high school at Clymer.. Unstoppable beast in HS. In fact, I worked with a publication called Buffalo Sports Report, and we did our "Athlete of the Year" thing--- pro, college, HS or any level, and he was the winner.

I'm almost positive this is a PS move.

He was cut from SF's squad about a month ago.

Dude was a serious runner for Michigan State.

From Africa to Clymer...is that what we would consider a lateral move?

Well, I guess since it hasn't been done...Championship!!!!!

Hey Pat, I dont know if you remember this but if not take a look

"That was the day those in the Carrier Dome in Syracuse got to witness Jehuu Caulcrick, then a junior, against a sophomore named Mike Hart for the first time.

Caulcrick, a three-time Post-Journal player of the year, rushed for 229 yards on 30 carries and two touchdowns, but Hart was even better.

All told, the tailback rushed for 352 yards on 37 carries and scored all five Onondaga TDs on runs of 29, 90, 5, 65 and 35 yards to lead the Tigers to a come-from-behind, 33-26, victory."

I was born and raised in Clymer, and I am raising my family here too.
Caulcrick is really about the only athlete from Clymer to ever have made it even to a Division 1 school. We all follow him closely, and love the kid for his skill and his personality. Just a great young man. Here's the problem....the coaches at Michigan State turned him in the wrong direction by bulking him up and trying to make him a FB. He's more of a RB. He's a lot faster and more skilled as a rusher than he is as a blocker. One of those tweener guys that has to be put in the right position to succeed. Maybe it's here with the Bills--I hope so because he could be a real weapon if utilized correctly.
