ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -- Eric Moulds remembers when he and Sam Cowart discussed how they would turn around the Buffalo Bills. The conversations occurred during training camp a year ago when it was apparent a young Bills team was headed for a rough season.

Pat Williams is the man, he is all about winning and playing well. He said similar things about Flutie when the spotlight was on San Diego.
