TAMPA - Tom Tupa will get a chance to remain the Bucs' punter after he was re-signed to a one-year contract Tuesday.
Tampa Bay also re-signed wide receiver Reggie Barlow to a one-year deal. Terms were not disclosed.
The Bucs secured Ohio State punter Andy Groom as an undrafted free agent this spring. Tupa, a 14-year NFL veteran, will compete with Groom for the starting job....
