Mark it, Spiller will suffer a major injury this year.

It may or may not be a MAJOR injury. Out 2-4 weeks isn't considered major. We'll see though, I have no idea how serious this injury is.

While I do think he has improved throughout the course of the year, Spiller has not really been an element to his team (yet). I think his return abilities have been lack luster and really he has gone in only to give Jackson a break from time to time.

It's a smart precautionary move by the coaching staff. It isn't Spiller's call and I'm sure he wants to get out there. But a hamstring injury on a running back is nothing you want to play with and risk something a lot more serious. Missing 1 game is nothing compared to being done for the season. Just something to think about before you decide to rip the player. JMO...
