Merriman's status is that he is a little ***** who fakes an injury(in my opinion), just so he does not play a game as a Bill. I hope karma hits him like a ton of bricks.

On the surface this was a no risk deal. The Bills gave up nothing to get him and if healthy he could help the team.

The Bills knew the injury risks he carried and since as said it was a no risk venture were willing to take the gamble.

For those who are knocking him if he never plays a down how exactly does it hurt Buffalo?
