No more feel good stories. Any of these 8 players could be replaced in the starting lineup and should, come the off-season.

Troup hasn't impressed me
Carrington has done nothing
Stroud has done nothing
We need a big time DE like Bowers, Dareus, or Casey
We need a solid run stuffer ILB
We need a play making OLB

Re: QB & D Front 7 Are Killing The Bills
What we've been missing the most is a dominant every down OLB. I wanted one with last year's first rounder, maybe we can take a shot at one in this year's draft in the early rounds. Too early to judge Troup and Carrington, but I think they'll develop into at least serviceable players. Poz has his head around the scheme now, so we need a thumper to put next to him on the inside, as well as the aforementioned OLB. Edwards and Williams are more than good enough, and we know the secondary is solid. Hopefully we're only two impact players away from having a good defense.

Re: QB & D Front 7 Are Killing The Bills
The only problem with Kelsay is, he doesn't fit into the 3-4 and is playing more the 4-3 style. With more players being drafted for the 3-4, how well is he going to continue to fit in?
Stroud had a good game, but it's 1 game. Is he getting too old ? I kind of agree that OLB is probably biggest need.
If Luck is not available or taken, I got: OLB, DE, RT and ILB. Of course, I try to address each position in FA also...
