Also, Naaman Roosevelt will make his Bills debut today.

Awesome- I'm sure Maybin will get a tackle on S/T or in garbage time then jump around like he won the SB.

Maybe they'll play his rap song in the stadium during his celebration. I'm looking forward to it.

Eric Wood is out? What happened to him? I thought his injury was minor.

It was. Chan's not taking any chances with our young guys that will be here for the long haul.

It was but you have to keep in mind, he is still recovering from his leg destruction last season. I'm sure Wood could play if we had playoff implications but really there is no point in putting him back in. He is going to be the C for years to come and we do not need to do more damage to his leg right now. Besides, we need to see of that Urbik guy can play RG so OBD can feel better about moving Wood over to C next season.

I wonder if Maybin earned playtime or if they just activated him for the hell of it.

if Wood, McGee and Spiller are inactive, I think he was probably just activated to fill out the roster.

Well, let's be fair to Maybin. He was beat out of a starting job by the perennial Pro Bowler Reggie Torbor and with Superstars like Ellison and Jon Corto in front of him, there's a good reason he hasn't been active in a while.

The only ones that will no Maybin is active are the ones that read this thread. He'll be invisible as usual.

Well, he was very visible on one big play that a Steeler was called for holding against him.
