I hope he didn't have something written on his shirt and he was thinking of his celebration that made him drop it.

He cost his team the game today. Let's see how he bounces back from adversity.

I'm thinking the same thing. There has been a lot of receiver that let the drops really start getting in their head. Hopefully it doesn't happen here.

To me, Steve Johnson is a guy who can excel in Gailey's system, but this game today shows why he will never be elite. If he goes to another team, I'd see him as a consistent 500-700 yard receiver.

T.O. is known for untimely drops too, does that make him not elite?

Owens never dropped a pass that perfect with that much on the line. Johnson is good, but he BLEW IT today. Period. McKelvin helped.

yeah, i remember owens had some huge drops in a playoff game against GB while in SF (towards end of rice's career)

i think it was OT, can't remember....he had a huge drop but eventually they went right back to him and he won it

Considering neither of us have seen every snap of T.O.'s career, I don't know where this comes from. I can remember at least 3 massive drops on perfect throws in his one year with the Bills, drops that cost us games.

Johnson is not Owens.

I'm sure Johnson's talent is not just Gailey's system, but I just don't see Johnson being elite outside of it.
