Stevie Johnson on Conan, and Leno?

I read what Leno said.. typical Buffalo digs, but what did Conan have to say?

“You hold a players only meeting and get each guy to stand up and say what he can bring to the table... and if he doesn't, you punch him in the face.” ~~ Harry Neale, on how to fix the Sabres season.

    Conan referenced the God tweet.

I saw it this morning while I was on my way out, so I heard it but don't remember what he said.

    It wasn't anything negative.

      Jimmy Kimmel, also.

He took the biggest shot, paraphrasing, -"If God really liked you, Stevie, he wouldn't have put you on the Buffalo Bills."

Conan said something about lucky for Stevie he tweeted the God from the Old Testament, because he's still on MySpace.

Yes! That was it. Decent joke.

I still wonder what the hell qualified Jimmy Kimmell to get his own talk show.

As far as I know, that's not what his talk show entails.

              He's not even funny.

He's referring to the Man Show, which made Kimmel famous, along with Adam Corolla.

Yes I know. I used to watch it.

But my reply meant that his current show has no gratuitous boob-shots and copious amounts of beer, so I don't understand how he has his own show. Especially lacking humor.

Living in WNY I think we tend to forget - much of the American populace either doesn't care about, or actively dislikes, the Buffalo Bills. What most people do recall about the team is 4 straight Super Bowl losses - not "appearances" as we like to spin positively, but losses with an emphasis on the "L".

As far as the region, nationally, Buffalo is regarded as a blizzard city, a testing bed for cold medicines, and one with a very high rate of violent crime.

So most of America would probably find that joke to be funny. I have to admit, I LOL'd and I'm a lifetime resident of WNY.

This lowly cart.... it hits harder and has a higher yards
per play average than the Bills' offense!

I can't believe all the attraction he's getting...Hope he doesn't mess up the chance to come back strong on Sun. and show he can let the ghost go. He's on the brink of superstardom..it's all on him.

the way chan treated roscoe after fumbling in Baltimore, i am guessing he is going to get the ball to steve often...plus they are in a dome. this should suit the pass happy bills.

Also, after "why so serious", chan was very somber about the spin. and then his post game comment after the drop was very spot on. I think chan is the key piece to not letting steve wallow over this drop too much.
