You want to talk about instant turnaround? 22 of 53 guys on current Bills active roster were not on team in 2009 (including today's pickup of Chandler).

That's 42% roster turnover in less than one year.

Good, bad or indifferent. That's clearly a sign that Nix wants things changed.

I'd bet (pretty safely) that 15-20 more will be made by this time next saeason.

29 of 53 players on current active roster have 3 or less years of NFL experience.

Bills also currently have 13 players on the active roster that are rookies, and that doesnt include IR'd Marcus Easley or Danny Batten.

And such enormous contributions by those rookies . . .

Last year this team was 6-10 and this year's team probably won't win 6 games but they are a lot more exciting and better than that 6-10 team.

I absolutely would not rule out the playoffs next year. That's not a prediction, but it wouldn't shock me.

this current team at this point in the year would embarrass last years 6-10 team if it was somehow possible that they were to play each other

I think another couple of moves are probably in the offing, as we now have five - yes five - Tight Ends.

5 Tight Ends...zero production thus far from the three incumbents...

I guess that having 5 TE's is good for those of us that are longing for some production at that position. I like the kid from Iowa. I, as I've said 100x, like Nelson too. The two of them compliment each other pretty well. It would be good to get that position solidified.

So far, I like how these two old "meet the new boss, same as the old boss retreads" have handled this team. Supposedly it's the same old ****, but it feels different...must just be the Kool-Aid, because these guys just take naps, and talk funny, so they must be stupid...

i would like to think that the majority of the new players on this team have made the Bills better.

with the way we have started to play the pick ups seem to be making a difference

Out with the bad air in with the good.

Looking forward to a productive off-season, unfortunately that's is about all we'll see next year because of the looming lock out

 .... What Easley and Batten bring next year are virtual additional draft picks who have already done a brief preview for the coaches. They will also have a year of study under their belts as well. This is a plus.

Also I recall in camp that Easley was impressing. He also has size and speed.

Well before we start the playoff in 11' talk, lets not forget about the Pats and the Jets in front of us. Even if we have a 10-6 year, it might not be enough in this division.

but it would definitely be exciting!

They could gut the cornerbacks next year. Florence can move to fourth CB and get a whole new crew.
