Urbik to IR.... Rinehart to active from PS and Sean Allen signed to PS

That was quick and messy.. Kraig Urbik is placed on IR, Chad Reinhart is promoted to the practice squad, and center Sean Allen is signed to the practice squad.

Allen was on the roster this summer, but didn't make the team.
