    Good News

Spencer Johnson looked good, that was about it.

In terms of draft position, both the Lions and Cardinals have won this week so we currently have the 4th pick and that could change if Cincy and Denver win some games here we can move up to 2 or 3 potentially based on SOS although that's doubtful...so assuming we lose to the Jets, who do we draft?

Spencer Johnson was blown off the line so many times today I'm wondering what game you saw. He is not a 3-4 DE, he's a mediocre 4-3 DT.
    Bye Bye Brady...

spencer johnson and marcus stroud do not even belong on any 53 man roster. they will both be cut at the end of the year. jmo

Yeah, I couldn't watch Stroud at all today, he was crushed repeatedly. Johnson isn't very good either, just give all his reps to Carrington.

in reality carrington is the only guy who doesnt get pushed back out of our 34des, he just doesnt shed that well. this can be learned...

we need to pick up 2 new 34de to back up carrington and edwards, because stroud and johnson will be cut when the season is over....

Early on, I was rewinding the DVR and watching some of the Pats big runs in slow motion. Johnson, Stroud, Kelsay and most of our LB's were getting dominated. They cannot shed blocks and make plays. Even Kyle Williams was getting pushed around with ease.

This D front 7 may need 2 off-seasons to be overhauled. I have hopes for some of the young guys such as Carrington at DE, Moats at LB and a couple others on IR . Still, lots of help is needed here.

Cinci killing the Chargers. This can move us up.

ok, ignore the spencer johnson comment...draft position is more important...we may not be able to overtake denver and cinci unless they win this week and next, we'll have to see where strength of schedule takes us (doesn't seem to be working in our favor)

Denver is playing at home next week against a broken Charger team and the Bengals might play the Raven second stringers.

The Tim Tebow era has arrived...amazing how all of a sudden 1 positional change can make a huge difference.
