I thought he was taking the OT rule out, even though I have guessed it.

The only thing stopping people from saying overtime would be not guessing a score that could end up in OT, life 3 to 1.

Only issue is that there isn't anything stopping you from put OT in all of your predictions that are within one goal. Anytime I pick 3-2, 4-3, 2-1, etc I should just put OT at the end just in case my winning team goes in OT.
