There are few shows I watch religiously (Bills football being an obvious one) and Edge NFL MatchUp is one of them. I love the way they break down film the way the coaches do. It really gives you a better insight into what's happening on the field.
For example, tonight they showed how some MLBs were playing this season....especially with the fact that there are more teams playing a 3-4 defense.

Oakland is now using one as well from the game tape they showed...at least from time to time.
Some players getting a passing mark included John Holocek of the Falcons (that name sounds familiar, doesn't it?) :D and Dan Morgan of the Panthers
Two players highlighted for poor plays were Ray Lewis (he's lost in a 3-4) and our own London Fletcher...he dove to take out the Center while the RB got past him.
A neat addition they made this year was a point-counterpoint segment which featured Jaws and Hoge discussing a topic with two sides. Well, maybe "discuss" isn't the proper term. I thought Suzy Kolber :hubba: was gonna have to separate them. :lol:
