Mallet's Flaws?

I'm confused. The guy came off back 2 back 30 td years. Plays legit competition. Doesn't throw many picks. Why is he labeled as a poor decision maker?

Inconsistent passer happy feet and no athletic mobility at all.....
Has a great arm.....

If Ohio ST can get to him tomorrow nite it will be a long nite.

Because he's horrible under pressure, not gonna matter. The more I hear and the more others hear (Wes Bunting today was yet another commentator) the more I dont think he's going in Round 1.

Well I made a thread on him yesterday too. You are right I did get the 30 td stats from the announcer. Both of the Mannings are not mobile. Neither was Warner. Does he make the throws? Is he clutch? Does he make good reads? I've only watched 6-7 of his games over last 2 years, but he's looked good to me. I honestly am cursed in every game I see locker, he throws bad picks

I agree I think Mallett goes in the 2nd round.
I remember people on this site that were all over Tony Pike's nuts last year....
I said NO WAY in hell does he go before round 4..........

I don't think he has the NFL smarts that those 3 guys you mentioned.....
I have seen him play quite a bit.....Like DB said under pressure he is TERRIBLE.....
I DO NOT see the Bills drafting him at all. Doesn't fit the style Chan likes to run. Locker would fit in our offense much better.

The knock on him according to some is that he is a product of a well run system(Tebow 2.0), and not because of sheer talent. I wont name names because I don't believe in that sort of thing. I think He could end up being overlooked and could be had in the second round easily. If the Bills went Fairley in the first, and then went Mallet in the second, that could be an awesome start in my opinion. He does have the potential to be the next Big Ben. But, like I said, my opinion. lol

Ben is pretty mobile for big guy. Just takes too many sacks cuz he holds on too long

Big douche has great play extension capability which is more important than mobility from the QB position.

He extends plays for a living, pushes would we tacklers off him where others get sacked/fumble.
