Buzz is now heating up that Fins owner Stephen Ross wants Jim Harbaugh as his next head coach, and it's believed club brass is particularly down on Sparano after his team didn't come to play in Week 17 against the Patriots. It also can't help Sparano's cause that players are now speaking out against him.
