DT in the first QB in the second

I have made up my mind on this.

There are 3 top D line prospects. We are guaranteed 1. go with that and take the best QB available in the second.

I would have to think we could get Mallett, Newton or Locker in the second round. If not then screw it and get Best RT or MLB.

DT in 1st (If fairley, If not top rated DE)
    LB in the 2nd
    S in the 3rd
LB & CB in the 4th
    5,6,7 OL

Dareus will probably be the guy there to pick up at 3 if they choose to do so. Fairley and Bowers should be gone.

I think Locker could be there with our pick at #34. I think Newton and Mallett are gone in the late top 10-late teens (SF and Minnesota probably)

Fine by me. Locker could be perfect. Needs time to develop. Can learn from Fitz.

Luck not coming out may screw the Bills out of Fairley. If that happens I hope Luck turns out to be a bust for whatever team he gets drafted by next year,

Dareus and Locker would be a helluva top 2 for the Bills if it plays out that way.

                I agree with you.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
                It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

I think if the Bills could possibly fill DT with a decent FA, then I'm not at all against them taking Peterson. Although, it makes more sense to sign the FA CBs already on the team and utilize the first draft pick for the Dline. There sure is a lot of depth at DL in the draft this year.

Why would we want ANOTHER Defensive back??? NO THANKS.

They need a QB to develop man.

                      Also need OL help.

Which DT is best suited to be a nose tackle in a 3-4?

I don't think any of the top guys would slot in as a NT. The top ones are guys like Powe, Ellis, Fua, Taylor, and Williams.
