All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
In declaring his intention to forgo his final year of eligibility at Auburn and head to the NFL, Fairley made an observation about his first NFL destination that some teams could view as a red flag.
Asked where he wants to play at the next level, Fairley said (via Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com), “It doesn’t matter as long as it’s not cold.”
Um. Yeah.
In the pre-draft poking and prodding, the things an incoming rookie says can have as much impact on his eventual placement -- and payday -- as the things he does.
I'm going to say it was his bad attempt at a joke that was taken out of context.
50% of the top ten in the draft are outdoor cold weather teams.
Based on this guy's personality it very well could be. Then again he is a true southern, raised in the south, schooled in the south and very well may not be kidding at all.
Keep in mind he's from Mobile, went to CC in Miss, and college at Auburn. He may have never seen snow in his entire life.
COMING SOON...

Who cares about this. If we pick him he plays for the Bills. Half the teams are in Cold Cities. He will deal with it or be a pussy. I have a feeling he will get over it.
According to the NWS 49 states have snow right now. He'll never last until Miami's pick. Guess he'll hold out no matter who drafts him. My adage: Pump gas, kid.
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
