According to Insider:
Though the Tennessee Titans will try to trade quarterback Vince Young before outright releasing him, there has been doubt cast that they'll be able to get another team to buy in on him. If they can't, he'll be released prior to the tenth day of the new league year, when he's due a roster bonus.
Last week, Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network speculated on a surprise suitor for the hypothetical free agent: the Buffalo Bills. Lombardi argued that Young's playing style would "entice" Bills head coach Chan Gailey, and that a situation where there was already a starter in place -- but not a superstar -- would be a good fit for Young.
Within a recent mailbag column, ESPN's John Clayton writes a dissenting opinion on the potential pairing:
John Clayton
Newton more likely

"Gailey's scheme could work with Young, but I don't think the Bills will try to acquire him. If they are going for a quarterback who can run, they'd be better served to draft Cam Newton. I believe the plan is to go with Ryan Fitzpatrick, who would put more points on the scoreboard than Young. Still, the fate of this franchise will be determined by the next quarterback it drafts. If the Fitzpatrick move doesn't work out, the Bills probably will be in position to draft Stanford's Andrew Luck in 2012."
VY is not worth it IMO despite the fact that Chan is known for his ability to work with QBs
