pretty much spot on excepting the int on the throw to Wallace.

His arm was hit well before he released the ball.

The 2nd int toward the end of the 1st half was horrible and he should be crucified for that throw, but the first one which was returned for a TD wasn't his fault.

simply put though, Ben's play was pretty much par for the course for the whole Steelers team on Sunday. Everyone was playing bad... from dropped passes to poorly run routs, to TP playing like he switched brains with Whitner. Throw in all the crazy bounces going the packers way, combined with all the brain dead and horrible play by the steelers, and the packers should have won by 40.

That the packers didn't win by 40 was more an indictment of how average they were as well (or injured). It hurts to watch superbowls like that one, because both teams would have been destroyed by any one of the bills superbowl teams last sunday.

couldn't agree with you more. Despite there being a chance to have a last second game, the game had no flow. Neither team really took the game to the other one. It was a clear sign of what adding 2 more games to the season will do to the superbowl.

Big Ben's wild passes (couple high third down passes, missing wallace wide open in the endzone) and the fumble by mendenhall was their undoing.

Packers running on only 11 plays reeks of a team that shouldn't win a superbowl. the number of dropped passes by them, no one should have been crowned a champion. they should have to play a best of three and see if they are capable of winning the championship, not just given one because time ran out.
