WGR reports that WKBW reports (yikes, talk about third hand news) that former Pittsburgh Penguins executive Ted Black will take Larry Quinn’s role under new owner Terry Pegula.

I am sure he is the worst ever...give everybody a chance to get going, and they'll tell you why he is so bad.
