with the two pitt's executives on there, do you think that means we have to hit rock bottom one or two years to get great crosby like talent? or do you think he's going to just work with what we've got? curious to see what people's expectations on the turnaround will look like.

Pegula is removing the limitations on player development and scouting, so I think we can look forward to better drafting, better talent, and better trades. What could be BETTER?

Yup. It sounds like we are going back to regular scouting again and not just Computer/video scouting.

I personally think that Pegula will right the ship, he has the pockets for this to happen.

How we all remember that Regier/Pegula were so lauded for signing Leino, considered the 2nd best free agent- behind Brad Richards that season.
