    NFLPA Decertification means no governing body on NFL Agents

    Now agents are no longer being governed. That means;

    There are no longer rules and regulations to what an agent is. Any one of us here could be an agent.

    Client stealing is already occurring as its free game out there.

    Agents can (and will) talk more openly to kids currently enrolled in college trying to get them to leave early.

    This is the ugly side nobody is talking about.

                  Agents & student/players will still be bound by NCAA rules.

                    Yes but who is going to govern the agents? The players can be disciplined but the NCAA cant discipline agents.

                      True, student athletes will have to take responsibility for their own actions with agents because we all know there are many sleezy people in this world that would love to take advantage of any situation regardless if it harms another.

                          No, it just means there is no governing body to punish you for doing so.
