Would anyone be opposed to this scenario?

    Pick 1 : Von Miller
    Pick 2 : Ryan Mallett

The thought of taking anything other than qb with the first pick makes me cringe as I respect the utmost importance of grabbing your franchise qb and starting the seasoning asap...But the above scenario intrigues me if mallett continues to fall from bad press and into our laps in round 2.... Obviously the pick of von miller gives us one of the most explosive players in the draft at rushing the qb...Thoughts?

    I like it......
But to be honest if we plan on Chan Gailey being are long term coach I don't think Mallett is the QB....I would rather see Kaepernick or Ponder then Mallett in this system......But would not be dissappointed if this was our 1st 2 picks.....

        I am opposed.

No Von miller for me at three.

        And no Ryan mallet period.

        Dareus at three please.

And ponder, kaep, or stanzi in the 2nd or third if you must have a qb.

I would rather go all defense this draft and look for a qb high next year.

Cause guess this tram isn't going to the superbowl next year either...

If we still had Jauron as a HC, I would think that selection would be disastrous. But because we have Gailey as a HC, and now have Wannstedt on board, I would be OK with it.

yes because there is no context to that situation. We dont know who is gone and who is still available.
