TIFTON, Ga. (AP) — Green Bay Packers defensive end Joe Johnson has waived his right to an arraignment hearing and pleaded innocent to a marijuana possession charge.
The arraignment was scheduled for Friday before State Court Solicitor Bob Richbourg, but Johnson's attorney, Max Richardson of Norcross, entered the plea earlier.
Richbourg said the 10-year NFL veteran will have an opportunity to file motions and request a jury or bench trial on July 17....
