I still have no idea what the Bills think of CAM....
I think they really like him but they also know that the team needs a defense 1st and foremost.....
If the draft Cam it wouldn't surprise me at all.....
Then they go defense the rest of the draft.....

I totally disagree. Newton is a one year wonder with character issues. EXACTLY the type of player Nix has said he would never draft in the 1st rnd let alone at #3.

If the Bills take him at #3 Nix is a total lier.

He has "alleged" character issues. If Nix drafts him, it will be because he is confident in the kid. Nix doesn't strike me as the type that will take a guy when he doesn't feel good about him. And Gailey's vocal approach toward Maybin ought to convince anyone that he won't tolerate a "character".

Right or wrong, if they draft the guy, It will be because they are convinced his character is fine.

He has "alleged" character issues. If Nix drafts him, it will be because he is confident in the kid. Nix doesn't strike me as the type that will take a guy when he doesn't feel good about him.

You can say they are "alleged" the fact is they are real & any team that has investigated him will know that to be a fact.

Even if he had no character concerns however, he is still a one year wonder which Nix said when he was hired, he would never draft in the 1st rnd.

That's two statements of "fact". Can I see some links for either? Not stories, allegations, or other. I'd like:

1) A statement from Florida or Auburn confirming any allegation against Newton as fact
2) A Nix quote backing up your claim

And, is it not possible that Nix may view Cam as being much more mature now and that maybe, if true, his previous acts are simply him acting young and immature?

1) I went through this in another thread you can read it. The incident about the stolen computer was in all of the papers in Fla when it happened & the articles are easily found by bing or google.

The cheating was widely known about by all Florida fans at the time they happened. Nobody at the time had any idea Newton would have the year he had at Auburn & there was no reason for anyone to lie about this at the time. Gator fans expected Newton to be the next QB after Tebow, NOBODY wanted to run him out of Florida.

2) I'm sure if you go to the archives at the Bills official site you will find the PC where Nix said he would never draft a one year wonder in the 1st rnd.
