Four way tie between Cam Jordan, Aldon Smith, JJ Watt, and Corey Liuget.

So Im the tie breaker and my vote goes to Aldon Smith. He's the only true 4-3 DE who fits their scheme the best. Watt, Jordan, and Liuget all project at 3-4 DE's, and while Jordan is being worked out by plenty of 4-3 teams, I think he's not as good a 4-3 DE as Smith is.
