All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Post What You Think the Bills Board looks like

We have already discussed what we want the Bills to do quite extensively. For a change of pace let's post what you think the Bills board looks like at the top of the draft based on all the rumors, speculation, press conferences, how the Bills think, etc

My best guess as of today

1.Cam Newton, QB
2.Marcel Dareus, DE (The Bills would play him as 3-4 DE)
3.Blaine Gabbert, QB
4.Patrick Peterson, CB
5.Robert Quinn, LB
6.Cameron Jordan, DE
7.Von Miller, LB
8.Julio Jones, WR
9.AJ Green,WR
10.JJ Watt, DE

Of course we can't really know this but it's fun to think about and what I wouldn't give to peek ahead of the big day.

I think every NFL team likes Von Miller my reasoning for dropping him a bit with Nix is Nix seems to favor bigger players. He said recently he wanted the Bills front 7 to get bigger and stronger.

Here are some of the players drafted by Nix when he was there with the Chargers:

defensive lineman Igor Olshansky 6'5'', 318 lbs
linebacker Shawne Merriman 6'4.5", 272 lbs (30 lbs heavier than Von Miller)
defensive end Luis Castillo 6'3", 305 lbs
receiver Vincent Jackson 6'5", 241 lbs (WR bigger than Von Miller!)
cornerback Antonio Cromartie, 6'2", 208 lbs Big for a CB
tackle Marcus McNeill, 6'7.5", 336 lbs
safety Eric Weddle. 5'11", 203 lbs only player not big for position

These are just players I grabbed quickly. Did not only look for big players but the thing they share is they are BIG players and none of them are on the small side.
