I was thinking about the top LB'ers to come out over the last few seasons and I realized #3 is pretty high for a OLB. So how good to Von Miller have to be to justify being picked at #3?

Well, how good would Peterson have to be if chosen at #3? Darrelle Revis was picked at #14 so IMO Peterson would have to be a 1st ballot HOF player like Deion Sanders who was picked at #5.

anyone picked in the top 3 is supposed to be a franchise changing player, a 4-5 time pro bowler and top 5-8 at his position. its needs to be a great player. in other words take dareus or miller

Revis is a media and league darling and gets away with murder. IMO.

Hes also best CB in NFL right now. Any team would dearly pay to have him!

He'd better be at least a full round better than Brooks Reed.

Were I a HC, upon the - oh - 2nd time he held, grabbed, shielded one of my receivers...he'd learn a lesson in subsequent play.

You'll need a Zamboni to scrape him off the turf. I'll take the 15 yd. penalty - I won't let him get away with his tactics, even if the refs do. If he bounces back up and does it again, so will I.

He's talented - like the ex-Pat Rodney Harrison was.

I'd take a Revis-level CB at #3 in a heartbeat. He's played above his draft position.

I love Von Miller and would be excited if the Bills got him.

He would have to outperform all of them at some point in his career in order for it to be justified in my opinion. But that goes for anyone being picked at 3. The Bills don't pick there every year, so who ever we get better be a special player.

I love Von Miller and would be excited if the Bills got him. He's one of the guys on my list of 3 I'd like most at 3.

He could be something great for us. Further beef up that DL, add an ILB, and give the guy room to work.

In the same league as Terrell Suggs, LaMarr Woodley, Clay Matthews, etc.
