I actually could see any of these "Takes" playing out (when it comes to the top-3, at least), but #8 would be the most surprising.

You're right.

At the very least, someone would trade up to grab him, although this doesn't account for that.

This one is completely unrealistic. I like Miller but no way we pass on Dareus if he's on the board.

And the version that I could see didn't make the list:

1) Dareus
2) Miller
3) Gabbert
... and so on

6 of the 10 have us taking Gabbert or Newton. Throw those out.
2 of the remaining 4 have us passing on Dareus. Throw those out.
That leaves #2 and #3, Miller or Dareus for us, and I don't think Peterson is even under consideration by Denver.
