    Are you kidding me?

I said on my overtime thread there were special teams break downs. I still believe the Bills are goint to win a bunch of games this year, but allowing a kick return for a TD in overtime. Danny Smith has got some serious coaching to do to get this unit to perfom better.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

The Bills find new and creative ways to lose.
Only the second time in OT history (the first was a Monday Night Football game in 1980 when the Bears returned the opening kick back for a TD>)

Offense and Defense Kicked butt...Our Penalties I am not upset about because of the fact that some of them were very shady penalties, but the Fricken Special Teams. Next week, the STs had better be ready to play, because our Offense should be able to score at WILL on Minnesota.

All those opportunities to get the guy down and they missed every tackle... completely inexcusable... but I think if there's anything that can be improved, it's ST's.... don't forget all the positives we saw...

No one... NO ONE expected Henry to do nearly as well as he did... and in order for our passing game to succeed, that's how he's got to play, and boy, did he...

And all that stuff about our D-line... ummmm.... they didn't seem to have much trouble.... our "inexperienced" O-line had a few lapses, but it was probably one of the best showing by a Bills o-line in about 5 years. and of course Drew looked good... had 2 INT'.... but at least one of those wasn't completely his fault... he had very few mistakes... played with heart, with leadership.... if we can get the ST's to step up... and you know the rest of the team is going to be pressuring them like hell, especially after today... we got a pretty darn good team...

well, the bright spots on ST's were that our punter and our new kicker didn't look bad at all...

bduf, when Martin was there in the early part of the game, the only yardage he got was from receiving... he had a few shots at runs but was shut down...

bduff, the jets threw little 5 yard slants and dump-offs...the only big plays the Jets had were Chrebet's TD and Becht's 1st catch. The Bills kept the Jets in check ALL game.

I really think our only real weak unit on the field was special teams... and I don't think that's beyond fixing...

The only other problems we had were slight miscommunication problems at some points... but I think that will work itself out over time.
