At this point, it really depends on the MDs around the league who are examining him. If they all think that his knee is a problem and tell their team that they can't clear him to play, he could end up not getting picked at all.

One of the problems here is insurance. If a team can't get an insurance policy to cover his knee and it blows out, they're going to be stuck paying a lot and NFL owners don't like to risk that kind of liability on an unknown quantity.
