Look the league has transformed into a passing league so having two Free Safety types is probably the next thing to happen.

That being said can Williams play the safety spot, he is a decent tackler and does have above average recognition skills, or is he an outside corner to pair with McKelvin and move McGee to slot and corner to dime?

He'll be a Safety. He could probably play either CB or Safety, but he's a little slow for CB.

Goodbye Donte.

I am not sure if you want a poor tackler at both S spots....

But if it means Whitner really goes, then it's not all bad.

Personally I think they are thinking about him at CB. A lot of the 3-4 teams have size at CB. This kid is 6ft 200 pounds.

There is no way they are banking on McGee because of his age and injuries. Youboty is FA and Corner is a slot guy.

He ran a 4.38 at his pro day at 200 pounds.... Not slow at all.

Adjusted for their fast track at Texas and they have him running a 4.44. Still fast.

He will probably be a CB in our nickle package this year.

By that I mean in nickle situations he and McKelvin will cover outside wrs and McGee will cover the slot.

Corner will be the dime.

Look for a special teamer in the 7th round to be the 5th, or a cheap vet.

He's taking over for Whitner immediately.
