This players doing the card calling seems to have slowed the second round to a crawl and the picks are coming in over lapping. Seems like an epic fail on the part of the NFL

Its more the broadcasting that is holding up the announcement of picks. ESPN and NFLN needs time to talk about the picks before the next one can be announced.

Exactly. There's been a bunch of times where the Pick is in and it takes like 5 more minutes before NFL Network or ESPN finally show it.
