    Stewie's Official 2011 Prediction Thread*

Since there's no way we're going to sign a FA that is good for more than 1 extra win all by himself, our team is pretty much set in place.

What will our record be this year?

    I think we're 8-8.

              Between 2 and 4 wins.

              I'll say 3-13

You should be able to fart at least 6 wins in a league with a salary cap.

Wow... that's a long list. Are you sure they are all franchise QB's? We only want sure-fire guys apparently. At this point, it looks like there will end up being a total of 1 next year and he will go at 1... and I hope I'm wrong.

My prediction is 6 and 10... drafting 8 or 9 with no real shot at a sure-fire franchise QB

Possible. But, I think our defense may in fact be better. However, I don't expect to put up the same numbers on offense since the league has no had a whole years worth of tape to figure out what were doing.

so you're saying the O will stay the same in their 2nd year under Gailey?

X...I can't make a prediction this season - if it happens. The ko rule changes, the lockout, players failing drug tests and being out of shape, no trades, UDFAs in limbo, pre-season or no, 16 or 18 games or no.

                            Ugh.

BTW - thanks for the many draft threads you published. "You know your onions", if you will accept an old aphorism.

I expect to see a lot of what the Pats did to the Bills second time around.
