At the very least, they got the space back from old Aerospace Museum when they kicked them out.

They have a circular locker room and it does look pretty cool.

I heard that Pegula's wife focused on Vancouver's locker room and really loved it. The team admin also took a tour of that and several other locker rooms throughout the league. It sounds like they are going to model their new locker room/dressing room area after the Vancouver Canucks locker room.
