Hardy says he is healthy and plans on making the Ravens this year, after they signed him to a reserve/future contract in January.

Off-season puff-pieces aside, Hardy has a ladder to climb. The Ravens are a good team, and for all his physical ability he still hasn't proven he can play WR at the NFL level. It takes a lot more than talent, and he still has to answer questions on if he has the mental toughness to make it. On top of that, he hasn't shown ability as a ST-er, so it makes it harder for the team to keep him as a reserve.
Can't deny his size and speed, though. It will be interesting to see him play, assuming the pre-season isn't wiped out by the lockout.
