BTW - I kept a glimmer of hope alive that I might sneak over to Buffalo Saturday night but just couldn't work it out. But I can say I had a great time on Sunday with my parents (who surprised me with a visit from my sister/bro-in-law from Atlanta) and a couple friends who came over.

BTW2 - whole chicken wings marinated in a lemon-garlic sauce, cooked on the grill, then dunked in Wys sauce are AWESOME!!!!

BTW3 - Wys sauce also tastes GREAT as a hot sauce for tacos and mixed with barbecue sauce on ribs!!!!

BTW4 - Wys sauce does NOT work in any way, shape, or form as a dip of any kind (none yet discovered, anyway).
