Most contracts in NBA have limitations; NFL agreements allow more latitude
Motorcycle riding, skiing, sky diving -- it's all OK if Indianapolis Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney chooses. His contract doesn't impose any restrictions.
But Gary Wichard, the agent for the Colts' first-round draft choice in 2002, thinks the issue will come up more often after the motorcycle accident involving Jay Williams of the Chicago Bulls, the second overall NBA draft choice last year.
