hopefully this will put lesser players like POZ in perceptive. Great players don't need an all star cast, or any cast to perform. Cream rises to the top.

Poz is ABSOLUTELY one of the problems with this team. He has never lived up to the hype and he doesn't make the big play. He's just another guy who needs better players around him to perform instead of making the players around him better.

I don't disagree with that, but Poz's contract is up. It's easy to walk away for free right now, and better than winding up with another Kelsay situation. If you have a broken arm on one side and a broken finger on the other side, you don't ignore the broken finger because you have a broken arm.

If Poz wants a big money contract like Whitner, let him walk like Whitner. On the other hand if he will sign an average money contract for the average player he is the Bills should sign him.

Talent gets you to the NFL, but it takes a lot more than that to succeed in it once you get there. Just saying.

Well, they got rid of the biggest problem after the 2nd game. I think the fact the Bills installed an entirely new offense & defense had more to do with 4-12 than most of the players on the team.
