seriously, I just can't believe how forgettable Lalime is.

There were so many times when I discussing hockey and I just couldn't come up with his name. I kept wanting to say Thibault, only to have to remind myself, "no, Thibault was the last backup we had, but what's-his-name is just as bad."

thibault's short fall was he didn't become besties with miller.

He will be missed in the locker room.
Ask anyone that has anything to do with the Sabres and Pat Lalime was the leader ...

how can someone who plays 15 games a year be a leader in the locker room?

And even so, at this point the Sabres have so many vets that there should be plenty of leadership.

Just because you are a veteran doesn't mean you have leadership....
Playing 15 games means nothing.
But being in the locker rom all season means alot.
Not saying that he is a good goalie at all.....

But don't be surprised to see him with the organization in the future....
