GLENDALE - Construction could begin within several weeks on the new $355.3 million Arizona Cardinals football stadium after the state Tourism and Sports Authority on Monday approved a major agreement with the builder.
The design-build agreement commits Hunt Construction Group Inc. to deliver the stadium by Aug. 1, 2006, at or below a maximum guaranteed price.
