All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Re: Former Bill James Hardy "starting" for the Ravens
the gailey staff was the one that cut him. and the people that played of him played better even in limited action than he did his 2 years here. granted his was injured for some of it, but i just didn't see a commitment from him to get better.
Re: Former Bill James Hardy "starting" for the Ravens
After Boldin, who else have the Ravens got in camp right now? Ultimately, I see them re-signing Mason to a lesser deal, and their rookie 2nd rdr Torrey Smith lining up as #3.
Re: Former Bill James Hardy "starting" for the Ravens
david nelson will give us what we should have gotten from hardy.. we got lucky that nelson didnt cost us anything.. considering the high draft pick we blew.

Re: Former Bill James Hardy "starting" for the Ravens
There is always a chance Hardy could make a comeback with his career. Even if he does I don't fault the Bills for releasing hm. He didn't do anything while he was here except sit on the IR every week.
Some guys blossom late. There is always a chance he may. Whether he does or not remains to be seen though.
And to think we passed on DeSean Jackson. That's the Bills for you. They were looking for a bigger target at the time instead of a small and faster player to compliment Evans who was going to be used for that role. That probably played into the equation when they took Hardy and they reached for him. Our great FO missed the boat on this pick either way though.
