When it comes to football decisions, straight talk and having a clue about how to move the team forward who do you trust the most.

Ralph, Russ, Buddy, Chan?

I don't trust any of these guys to build a winning football team.

The biggest holes on the Bills when Buddy took over where QB, offensive line, run defense and pass rush. He has arguably made an effort to fix the run defense with Dareus but the rest of the major holes are currently filled by hopes and prayers (i.e., Fitz, Merriman and Pears).

A bit disconcerting that Buddy does not utilize his scouts to any reasonable degree evidenced by the fact that he has mostly drafted players from within the region he is familar with and taking so many of the players they had at the senior bowl.

Gailey's offense appears to be geared more towards gimmicks and stats than winning. I would be alot more comfortable with Chan as OC with a strong head coach to keep him grounded.

Hopefully, they prove me wrong.

I'm still ok with Chan and Nix combo

10 years of futility isn't easy to overcome

I'm OK with Gailey.

Brandon is great at marketing but terrible at football.

Nix hasn't proven anything yet and I have my doubts.

Ralph... don't get me started.

nix and gailey are both solid football men given time and somehow solving the qb situation.

they will do their jobs i expect to be competitive in 2 years

also im indifferent on fitzpatrick hope hes good enough it would be nice to not have qb as a need this year will explain it all to us.

but in the end i trust both these guys

whether they look smart is what they can get going at qb but these guys do get football

even whaley i do have to believe he did learn something in pittsburgh

so i think our front office is rather nice

we just need some time purge the roster and fill it with what we want to do.

Chan. I think he's a good coach. Even though I bash Nix, I think he's got an impossible mission. To un**** a team on the cheap.

Nix, Gailey and Whaley.

During a press conference I trust Gailey to give a straight answer over anyone else.

Ralph, Russ, Buddy, Chan? I couldn't resist, had to throw a monkey wrench, and the kitchen sink into your poll there. I went with Ralph. lol

Buddy Nix.

It's a tough job for him but i think he says it how it is. He's a first time GM and he probably should never even be in this position so it's hard but i do trust him. Doug Whaley is a close second.

Wilson or Gailey, not a chance.

My answer is Buddy Nix. I trust that he really believes in his plan and will try to operate by it. Integrity isn't an issue with him IMO.

To answer a different question, I do not trust that his plan will work.
