Yeah he's practicing...he's wearing 56 now, you can see him in one of the videos fro training camp.

I was there last night and he was around the qb a lot during 11 on 11 drills.

IF he could be anywhere what he used to be, he changes this defense.

Just for speculation purposes, how many wins can our O get us if our D was in the top 10?

if our d is top ten, it should put our o in the top ten as well with the massive strides and progress it made last year. especially since we should have beaten the ravens and their mean defense.

and if that happens look for us to be in the wildcard hunt. - all the wildcards could very possibly come from this division. and Miami will once again be our *****es again.

If our defense is top ten, our offense would be good for a wild card berth. They played admirably last season with injuries to wide receiver and line.

Our defense will not be top ten. I'm expecting improvement this year, but realistically I think the best we can expect is an overall average defense.

He apparently blew past Bell in practice last night. Whether that's because his explosion is back or Bell just sucks is up for interpretation.

That is going to happen this pre season as we did not have any OTAs or mini camps for these guys to get some of the rust off.

Lets see how these guys are looking in the third preseason game before we start with they are star, bust.

There is some good Mexican food to be had in Buffalo. Back in the 70's I dated this hot little Mex girl who's family owned a resturant in Buffalo, that was some great food.

If so hasn't he lasted longer already than last year?He's fully healthy as compared with last year. We got him last year knowing he was still into the recovery phase of his injury. We will know for sure if he's back once the pads go on. JMO

Last year we were 24th in yds per game.
