sure we'd have to give up another player and beg someone else ot take him

this guy is gone on the 1st cut down

Could it be any more obvious that this guy really doesn't want to play football. 3rd year and the guy has gained 1 lb

I agree. Experienced group that have performed very well in the NFL. Andra Davis healthy with Barnett inside gives you a smart tandem one of which is a thumper, other is an athlete that can cover and chase.

Outside we have Merriman if at his best will upgrade this defense big time and Kelsay outside although slow as molasses gives us a solid run defender.

Young guys like Moats, Batten, Coleman should be interesting and Shepp and White inside.

Ebenezer

If Maybin has no intrinsic value then he will be cut. This group got rid of Edwards after two games - I believe they are not playing games. Further, a 1st rounder with crap talent will become a divisive force in the locker room. If Kelsay is going after his ass after two days of camp?? He's gone.

what is truly amazing is the bills could have packaged whitner, mccargo, Lynch and Maybin and they probably would have still only got what they got for lynch alone....maybe less because of the salaries. but those are four 1st round picks in the 5 years.

I'm guessing on almost any other team, if you took 4 of the last 5 year first round picks and offered to trade for them, you'd be greating a couple decent players....but not the bills.

You mean Arian foster was a free agent, and L. Blount. But Blount punched a guy in the face so we don't want to draft a guy like that, and our own Fred Jackson was a free agent.

Hey maybe they were resting Spiller for this season.

There's many ways around that. You being a scout should be able to look at those situations. You know like a guy adding 20 lbs of muscle two months before the combine. Wasn't he at 250lbs at that time ? At least that's what we were told out of OBD. I guess he's just decided to diet and LOSE 22 pounds to his current weight of 228 lbs. We literally have wr's on this team bigger then that.

I agree RB's are easily found & should not be drafted high. I think Spiller was drafted high because he is not just an average RB. He is a versatile playmaker that can do a number of different things on the field.

Chan has said that Spiller needs to learn to pick up the blitz better as a rb & learn to run better routes as a WR then he will see more playing time.
