I've read he needs to work on his blocking but is a solid receiving TE. We signed him as a Undrafted rookie.

Anyone watch him in games?

Nelson has sucked, could this guy make the 53 roster as a backup?

I remember him dropping 2 game winning TD's in a row at UNC! May have even been a bowl game.

He's a likely PS player for now, numbers game works against him. He is the blocker Chandler, Martin or Caussin are and he needs to work on running better routes in order to get separation at the NFL level.

4 days into Training Camp may be a tad early to make a determination.Your right. Lets wait until we see these guys in a live game setting. We got the Bears coming up. It should be a good marker for a lot of these UD rookies. By my estimation, game 2 of preseason is when we should know whether they are good enough to make the roster. JMO

Where did I say he proved anything? I was asking if anyone has seen him play. I've read he is a pass catching tight end. I was hoping he could prove to be at least a back up
