The seller will be in-eligible for the next two auctions and will face a permanent cap penalty of 10,000.

By my count, Rodriguez and Dushku are 2 auctions. I should be eligible after those 2, no?

NO since Dushku is a Free Agent it doesnt count

If it doesn't count, then I should be able to bid on Free Agent auctions?

The King

How about no.

It's your free agent. I thought there was a rule that you can't bid on your own free agent.

He's just trying to find a way back in... which is fine. He helped me tighten up the explanation in the rules. And zero people have sympathy for the situation he's in so Im not concerned.

I don't want to bid on Dushku, but if Bedard throws a flash auction or free agent auction in tomorrow, I better be able to bid on it.

You're out for two days chief.

The rule says two auctions, not two days. This is complete BS.

Don't worry, there will be plenty of hot women to bid on after 2 days.

Maybe the King can put up for Bid tomorrow your fantasy woman. :snicker:

If you had just kept your mouth shut you wouldn't have brought the loop hole to my attention. Everyone knew that you weren't allowed to bid on the FA you sold. The rule was built to sit you out from the next two auctions.

What difference does that make? I would've tried to bid tomorrow and we would've had the same issue.

I was just trying to clarify the rule.

Once again, honesty pays off.

If you want the chick tomorrow just have one of your buddies bid on her and then buy her from them.

Maybe there should be a rule so that people can't buy the chick in the auction they weren't allowed to bid on. That's another loophole that could be closed.

Too difficult to keep track.

So again, is it two auctions or two days? FL has a point here.

Two days worth of auctions.

Highly doubt this would be an issue... Too many things would have to happen.

1: His "buddy" would have to win the auction.
2: The card price would have to be low enough to fit under FL's cap space.
3: The "buddy" would have to be willing to sell the card.
4: FL and the "buddy" would have to agree on a price to sell the card for.

Personally, I don't really see that as a "loophole." A lot would have to happen for FL (or any other player that might fall into this scenario) to end up with the card. Even if he did end up with it, it hits his cap with the card price, which in effect, limits his ability to win auctions in the future.

Also, there would the be the possibility of FL (or any other person in this scenario) "screwing" the person the bought the card, by saying he'd pay if it was under a price of $X, then backing out of the deal if the "buddy" actually won. If the "buddy" is a player in the game, that could end up burning them.

I just don't see it being too much of an issue.

I would never try something like that anyways.

It wouldn't be hard to message a buddy and ask them to bid $40,000 on some chick and then if you win I will buy you from her for $40,001.
