All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Maybe he got fired? His picture doesn't show up anymore like any of the other division bloggers, and all the afc east postings are from espn.com staff.
He got a job with the Buffalo News, but he isn't covering sports. He will be an investigative reporter, something I guess he has aspired to be.
He wrote a goodbye piece for ESPN, but they pulled it and walked him out once he gave his notice. Because of the way ESPN handled it, it appeared like he just disappeared one day.

ESPN is getting an awfully nasty reputation for how they are strong arming some of their journalists. Most recently Bruce Feldman.
COMING SOON...

Wouldn't be surprised to see Tim G partying up at a tailgate now since he's no longer covering sports. If he is, I will be the first to offer hm a brew.

ESPN's loss... Buffalo News's gain... Tim will make a great investigative reporter...one of the best at digging up a good story ...
Glad to hear he's starting back up with The News.
Though, I'll miss his voice on sports. During his last stint at the paper he was a stellar boxing writer & we all know the quality of work he produced at ESPN.
Actually he is on the boards, I know him, but I am not telling who he is.
Maybe it's you?
And still awaiting your answer in the thread where you posted "not a fan." I'd really appreciate an honest response. Hope you didn't just "post and dodge?!" That wouldn't be cool. You could even PM me if you'd prefer.
