I'm definitely a fan of adding talent at every position, and it seems you don't really have an OT worth the pick there...but gotta draw a line somewhere. Given that it's simply your opinion expressed through a mock draft that is published even before the season starts, I have a real hard time getting upset over it.

I'm pretty confident they'll draft an OT within the first three rounds next year. Let's hope they end up in position to get a star OT in the first round.

I think outside of the top 5 they take an OT or a QB. But up there nobody has shown me enough to go that high other than Luck and Reiff.

That's fine. I believe they'll be picking in the 9 region like you had earlier, but with the season yet to play out, speculate away.

I'm torn...I really want them to pick the QB of the future as soon as possible so whoever he is can start developing. However, I really don't want them to push it and take one that isn't worth it, especially if they could improve another position.

Ideally, as long as they're getting value, I'd like to see our first three rounds next year be QB, OT, OT in that order. If the right guys fall to them, those three selections would go a long way towards improving the team.

But I cannot imagine the backlash OBD would incur if they chose a WR at #3 overall next year.

If they end up picking 3rd as you suggest, they will not be taking a wr.
If they are that bad it will be the end of the Fitz era.
They will go qb. Throw Barkley in there too because he will probably be coming out.
Barkley or Jones at #3.

You can't tell me you honestly believe Landry Jones is worth a top 5 pick as of now.

Im hearing people say that they don't think Barkley is leaving early no matter what. They think he wants to stay till next year when the Trojans can play in the postseason and it makes sense with th new rookie wage scale.

Plus Im not sure he's worth Top 5 at the moment either.

Well you told me Locker had a 3rd rd. grade and was the 8th pick of the draft. Ponder was the 12th pick.
Qb's always go early.
Heck even that overrated Dalton went early 2nd rd.

It's simple. Qb is the most important position so they get picked early.

If the Bills have the 3rd pick they will not pick a wr.

That's not the point. The fact is qb's get drafted early, and in Losmans case and many others earlier then they should be sometimes.

So if you are drafting #3 and are coming off a three win season you had better get the qb even if you think he should be the 10th pick.
